(A) All user-supplied containers, recycling containers and other solid waste for pickup shall not be placed in the village right-of-way or street before 6:00 p.m. on the evening before the day assigned for pickup and any empty containers must be removed by 6:00 p.m. on the pick-up day.
(B) All user-supplied containers, recycling containers and other solid waste for pick-up shall not be stored in front yard. All such containers and waste shall be placed so as to be generally inconspicuous from the public right-of-way.
