SCHEDULE II. THROUGH STREETS.

   (A)   The following streets and parts of streets are hereby designated and declared to be through streets:

      (1)   1st Avenue;

      (2)   Walnut Street, from the point of its intersection with 1st Avenue along State Highway, Route 26;

      (3)   Main Street; and

      (4)   White Oak Road.

   (B)   Every driver of a vehicle traversing any street intersecting with any through street shall stop such vehicle before entering upon the through street unless a go signal is given at such intersection by a traffic officer.
