§ 76.03 STANDING ON ROADWAYS, SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to stand in a roadway for the purpose of soliciting a ride from the driver of any vehicle.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for a pedestrian to stand on any sidewalk except as near as is reasonably possible to the building line or curb, if such standing interferes with the use of said sidewalk by other pedestrians.
