§ 75.05 INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS.

Any person who operates a non-highway or low-speed vehicle on a roadway of the village shall be subject to the mandatory insurance requirements under Article VI of Chapter 7 of the Illinois Vehicle Code, being 625 ILCS 5/7-601 et seq.
