§ 52.081 APPLICABILITY.
   The application procedures, permit fees, and auditing procedures outlined in this chapter shall be applicable to applications to establish wireless facilities. However, wireless facilities that are not small cell facilities or wireless support structures as defined in this chapter are not subject to this section.
