§ 52.080 AUTHORITY.
   In accordance with R.C. Chapter 4939, this section establishes terms and conditions for the use of the right-of-way by an operator to collocate small cell facilities and construct, maintain, modify, operate, or replace wireless support structures to distribute wireless service in the city.
