(A) For the purposes of these regulations, the following studies and/or maps are adopted:
(1) Flood Insurance Study for Hamilton County, Ohio and Incorporated Areas, effective date of May 17, 2004. Flood Insurance Rate Maps for Hamilton County, Ohio and Incorporated Areas; Map Numbers 3906100088 D, 3906100070 D, 3906100086 D, and 3906100065 D; effective date of May 17, 2004.
(2) Other studies and/or maps which may be relied upon for establishment of the flood protection elevation, delineation of the 100-year floodplain, floodways or delineation of other areas of special flood hazard include: None.
(3) Any hydrologic and hydraulic engineering analysis authored by a registered professional engineer in the State of Ohio which has been approved by the City of Forest Park as required by § 157.37, Subdivisions and Large Scale Developments, of this chapter.
(B) Any revisions to the aforementioned maps and/or studies are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of these regulations. Such maps and/or studies are on file at the City of Forest Park Public Works Building, Engineering Department, 1970 Waycross Road, Forest Park, Ohio.
