(A) The following schedule shall apply to all fees under the jurisdiction of § 155.19:
(1) Initial Permit. $25.
(2) Inspection Fee. Each change in occupants, unless within 30 days of an initial permit or permit renewal, will have an inspection fee of $50.
(3) Reinspection Fee:
(a) Upon issuance of a conditional rental permit, the first reinspection is free of charge.
(b) The second reinspection is $50.
(c) Subsequent reinspections are $100 for each reinspection after the second reinspection.
(4) Annual Permit Renewal: $25.
(B) The initial permit fee, as provided in division (A), is hereby waived for all leasing permits issued within the first 90 days following the effective date of this section.
