(A) Any person who shall knowingly and willfully violate or assist in the violation of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $100 for each offense, except as provided for below. Each day that such violation continues, shall constitute a separate offense.
(1) Failure to obtain an initial permit, as provided in § 155.19(B): $50
(2) Failure to obtain a renewed permit, as provided in § 155.19(B): $100
(3) Failure to obtain the required inspection, as provided in § 155.19(D): $100
(B) For delinquent fines, a special assessment may be filed with the Auditor of Hamilton County, Ohio as a lien upon the real property.
