No building, structure, or land shall be used for any purpose except as indicated in the following divisions or in Appendix B of this chapter.
(A) Principal permitted use.
(1) Offices. Business and professional offices of any kind.
(B) Special exceptions authorized by the Commission - (Reserved for future modification to Appendix B).
(C) Conditional uses. Accessory uses, buildings, and structures customarily incidental to any of the aforesaid principal permitted uses and special exceptions on the same lot therewith.
(D) Prohibited uses - (Reserved for future modifications to Appendix B).
