No building, structure, or land shall be used for any purpose except as indicated in the following divisions or in Appendix B of this chapter.
(A) Principal permitted uses.
(1) As regulated in the PO District.
(B) Special exceptions authorized by the Commission.
(1) As regulated in the PO District.
(C) Accessory uses. Accessory uses, buildings, and structures customarily incidental to any of the aforesaid principal permitted uses and special exceptions on the same lot therewith.
