§ 137.01 CURFEW FOR CHILDREN.
   It shall be unlawful for any child under the age of 14 years to be upon the streets and sidewalks between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following morning, or for any child between the ages of 14 years and 18 years to be upon the streets and sidewalks between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. of the following morning unless accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or a responsible person over the age of 21 years old who has prior approval of the parent or legal guardian; or the juvenile has a legitimate excuse for being out during the prohibited hours.
