§ 132.06 PERMIT FOR BLASTING.

It shall be unlawful for any person to blast with dynamite, gunpowder, or any other explosive compound, within the city, unless there shall first have been obtained a written permit from the City Manager. Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
