(A) The City Finance Director shall have the authority to examine, reproduce, and require the production of all documents, books, records, contracts, and accounts of the licensee or applicant for a license.
(B) The City Finance Director or the City Solicitor shall have the authority to inspect, examine, reproduce, and require the production of all business records, books, accounts, and shall have full authority to seize and impound such records as evidence of any violation of this subchapter.
