§ 110.89 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   Whenever it shall appear to the City Manager that the vehicle so licensed is unfit or unsafe for public use or that the vehicle is being used in violation of law or the ordinance of the city, the City Manager may revoke the license therefor.
