§ 110.71 NON-COMMERCIAL SOLICITATION.

Persons engaging in non-commercial solicitation, including but not limited to charitable, educational, religious, political, social, municipal, civic, or eleemosynary organizations or institutions, are exempt from the requirement to obtain a permit, but must comply with §§ 110.72 and 110.73.
