§ 110.69 APPEAL.
   (A)   An applicant or permit holder may file an appeal if it is alleged that there is error in any order, requirement, decision, grant, or refusal made by the City Manager or other official in the interpretation of the provisions of this subchapter.
   (B)   The City Planning Commission shall hear and rule upon appeals filed in relation to this subchapter, pursuant to the procedures in § 150.170 and 150.171.
