(A) Through the efforts of the Hamilton County Civil Defense agencies and the City of Forest Park, an operational disaster control plan has been developed to be used in the case of a natural or unnatural disaster.
(B) It is necessary for the City of Forest Park to adopt a plan which would be used by local officials to insure the health, safety and welfare of the Forest Park community should a natural or unnatural disaster occur in the City of Forest Park.
(C) The City Manager is hereby authorized to file the plan, as amended from time to time, with the Hamilton County Department of Civil Defense, and to make the terms and programs of the plan known to the residents of the City of Forest Park.
