Following the receipt of the completed tree approval plans and supporting data the Administrator shall schedule and conduct an inspection of the proposed development site. The applicant or his designee shall be advised as to the date and time of the inspection and given an opportunity to participate. Following inspection, the Administrator, consistent with the purposes of this chapter, shall advise the applicant of any recommended changes in the applicant's proposed tree removal, protection or replanting plans.
