(A) Except for items covered under divisions (A)(1) and (2) below, outdoor grills, barbeques, fire pits or other outdoor cooking equipment shall neither be stored nor operated in the front yard or front of a building.
(1) Corner lots. Houses on corner lots are permitted to have a grill on the side of the house facing the street frontage that is not the street of the property address.
(2) Special events. The City Manager may issue a temporary permit to allow grills or other outdoor cooking equipment in a front yard for a special event, such permit to be valid for the duration of the event.
