§ 96.80 OUTDOOR WOOD-FIRED BOILERS.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply:
      OUTDOOR WOOD-FIRED BOILER. A fuel burning device designed to burn wood primarily by hand-firing, which is not located within structures ordinarily occupied by humans, and which heats spaces or water by the distribution through pipes of a fluid heated in the device, typically water.
   (B)   No person shall install or allow the installation of an outdoor wood-fired boiler on any property in the city.
