§ 96.23 MALICIOUS ACTIVITY OF DOG OR CAT.

It shall be unlawful for any owner or harborer of any dog or cat to permit the dog or cat to injure, chase or put in fear of physical harm any person or damage any person's gardens, lawns, shrubbery or other and different property.
