§ 96.21 ABANDONING ANIMALS.
   (A)   No person, owner, keeper of or person in charge of any animal shall abandon such animal. An abandoned animal shall include, but not exclusively, one that is given up entirely, deserted, left, forsaken, or renounced.
   (B)   Penalty. Whoever violates § 96.20 (A) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
