§ 96.20 TRAPPING OF ANIMALS.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to set, place, draw, maintain, or otherwise use any type of animal trap other than a box trap, "have a hart" trap, or trap of similar nature.

(B) Any person violating this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
