§ 96.10 CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to torture, torment, beat, mutilate or underfeed any animal, or to permit any such animal to be without water and proper protection from the weather or to permit any animal to be without proper medical attention.
   (B)   Any dog house, cage, kennel or similar structure used to house a pet must be of sufficient size to allow for the free movement of the animal.
   (C)   Penalty. Any person violating this section shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense, and second degree misdemeanor for the second offense.
