§ 94.09 DEPOSITING COMMERCIAL OR NONCOMMERCIAL HANDBILLS ON UNINHABITED OR VACANT PREMISES.

No person knowing or having reason to know of the vacancy of private premises shall throw or deposit any newspaper or commercial or noncommercial handbill in or upon any private premises which are uninhabited or vacant.
