§ 94.02 LITTER IN PUBLIC PLACES.

No person shall throw or deposit litter in or upon any public place within the city except in public receptacles, or in authorized private receptacles, for collection. In no way shall this section allow for the use of public receptacles in lieu of the waste collection service for household litter/refuse.
