(A) The municipal building's south connecting driveway to the park facilities shall not be used as an ingress or exit to the park facilities or high school parking lot. Use shall be limited to those vehicles coming to and from and having business in the municipal building complex, and shall not beused to accommodate through traffic between Waycross Road and West Kemper Road.
(B) The maximum speed limit for all vehicles on park roadways shall be 15 miles per hour.
(C) No trucks over 3/4-ton or trailers shall be permitted on the park roadways without authorization of the City Manager.
(D) No person shall park a vehicle along park roadways except in the designated parking areas.
