§ 93.01 CONDUCT.
   (A)   No person, while using the park or recreational areas and facilities of the city shall conduct himself in such a manner as to endanger the safety or life of other persons lawfully using the facilities.
   (B)   No person so using the park or recreational areas and facilities shall use profane, obscene, or indecent language, or shall act in an obscene or indecent manner.
   (C)   No person so using the park or recreational areas and facilities shall use threatening or insulting language or commit any act tending to a breach of public peace or shall act in a disorderly manner.
   (D)   No person shall disobey a lawful order of the Park and Recreation Commission or the police, or in any way hinder or prevent them from discharging their duties.
   (E)   No person shall possess or consume any alcoholic beverages on park premises. This prohibition may be waived by issuance of a special permit by the City Manager or his/her designee. Such permit may also be revoked by the City Manager or his/her designee if any abuse of the privilege granted is either observed or reported and verified. Violation of this division shall be considered a misdemeanor of the first degree.
   (F)   No person shall dump litter, bottles, paper, or other refuse on the park or recreational areas and facilities except into trash containers provided for such articles.
   (G)   No person shall molest, disturb, injure, or kill any animals, birds, trees, or other plants, or disturb the ecological environments located within the park and recreational areas.
   (H)   No person shall damage, destroy, or remove without permission of the Park and Recreation Commission, any equipment or other property or facility of the city located within the park or recreational areas and facilities.
