§ 92.24 ENCUMBERING STREETS.
   Whenever any debris, stone, soil, or any other material is deposited on the street or sidewalk by reason of any slide, collapse, washing away, or crumbling of the land or structures occupied by, owned by, or controlled by any person or corporation, the person or corporation shall remove such debris, stone, soil, or other material within a reasonable time after written notification and shall barricade and light the obstruction in the street or sidewalk until complete removal of such debris, stone, soil, or other material has been effected.
