§ 92.20 REPAIRING SIDEWALKS.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner of any lot or land abutting upon any street to refuse, fail, or neglect to repair or keep in repair, the sidewalk in front of such lot or land after due notice ordering the repair of such sidewalk pursuant to the notice requirements of §§ 92.12 and 92.13.
