(A) A property owner protesting any notice to repair provided for herein shall file a written notice of appeal to the Board of Zoning Appeals prior to the time set for compliance. The Board of Zoning Appeals shall hear the protest as soon as practicable without charge and without requiring public notice to be given.
(B) The Board of Zoning Appeals is authorized to hear evidence and determine if the provisions of the notice of repair are reasonable.
