§ 92.11 OWNERS OF ABUTTING PROPERTY TO KEEP SIDEWALKS IN REPAIR.
   (A)   Where land abuts on a street where there is a paved sidewalk or abuts on a crosswalk or driveway approach, the owner of such land shall be jointly and severally responsible for causing the paved sidewalk, driveway approach, or crosswalk abutting such land to be kept in repair and free from nuisance.
