§ 91.16 TAXPAYER BILL OF RIGHTS/TAX DIVISION RESPONSIBILITIES.
   (A)   Mission statement. To provide courteous, accurate and efficient services for the benefit of the Municipality and its residents, and administer the tax laws of the municipality in a fair and impartial manner.
   (B)   The Tax Commissioner shall provide a detailed statement outlining taxpayers' bill of rights.
   (C)   The Tax Commissioner shall provide a detailed statement outlining the tax division responsibilities.
