§ 74.05 STREET SALES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, to stand or go upon the right-of-way, roadway, street or highway, as those terms are defined in § 70.01 of the Forest Park Codified Ordinances, within the City for any of the following purposes:
      (1)   Demonstrating, promoting, selling, or offering for sale any commercial product or service, including but not exclusively, goods, wares, newspapers, or merchandise;
      (2)   Distributing or handing out handbills, cards, leaflets, samples, merchandise, or other similar items or printed materials;
      (3)   Soliciting or collecting donations, sponsorships, or any other exchange of money, goods, or services.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, for commercial purposes, including but not exclusively, the demonstration, promotion, sale, or offer for sale of any commercial product or service, including but not exclusively, goods, wares, newspapers, or merchandise, to sit, stand, walk, or otherwise be upon the sidewalks within the City of Forest Park.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person, for commercial purposes, to transact or conduct the sale of any goods or services outside any licensed place of business within the City of Forest Park.
