§ 73.20 PARKING OF OVERSIZE AND COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.
   (A)   For the purposes of this section, COMMERCIAL VEHICLE is defined as:
      (1)    Bus, cement truck, box truck, box van, semi-tractor, semi-trailer, or any other type of trailer, stake bed truck, step van, tank truck, tar truck, dump truck, tow truck, or wrecker.
      (2)   Any vehicle that negatively infringes upon the residential character of a residential district and which possesses one or more of the following characteristics:
         (a)   Greater than 96 inches in width;
         (b)   More than two axles on the road;
         (c)   Equipped with air brakes, refrigeration equipment, hydraulic lifts, cranes, loading ramps, or similar equipment;
         (d)   Equipped with a utility body, service body, or commercial equipment racks;
         (e)   Has attached or visible equipment or tools, whether or not the vehicle, equipment or tools are covered with a tarpaulin or any opaque or translucent covering.
   (B)   No person shall stop, park, or leave standing any oversize or commercial vehicle, commercial tractors, semi-trailers or buses on any street, dedicated or undedicated, or alley within the municipality for a period longer than one hour. This section shall not apply to trucks and trailers used for conveying the necessary tools and materials to premises where labor using the tools and materials is to be performed during the actual time of parking such trucks or trailers.
