§ 73.08 ESTABLISHING BUS STOPS AND TAXICAB STANDS.
   The City Manager is hereby authorized and required to establish bus stops and taxicab stands in such places as he shall determine to be for the benefit and convenience of the public. Every such bus stop or taxicab stand shall be designated by an appropriate sign or signs.
