§ 72.50 RACING MOTORS.
   It shall be unlawful to race or accelerate any motor of a vehicle while the motor vehicle is not in gear or in motion so as to cause unreasonable loud noises; and it shall be unlawful to excessively race or accelerate the motor of any vehicle while moving in first or second gears so as to cause unreasonable loud noise.
