§ 53.02 PROGRAM ELEMENTS.
   The Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination Program includes the following elements:
   (A)   Field investigation measures, which includes but is not limited to spill and illegal discharge response, storm drain outfall monitoring, television (TV) camera inspections and dye testing;
   (B)   Line repairs and rehabilitation;
   (C)   Corrective measures and enforcement procedures.
