Unless otherwise provided for in this chapter, or unless the Public Works Director waives any of the requirements of this section due to unique or unusual circumstances, a Right-of-Way Permittee shall be required to; submit a written construction schedule to the city ten working days before commencing any work in or about the rights-of-way and, shall further notify the city not less than two working days in advance of any excavation in the rights-of-way. This section shall apply to all situations with the exception of circumstances under §§ 52.180 through 52.183 and/or § 52.193(A).
