§ 52.144 JOINT APPLICATIONS.
   Applicants are encouraged to make joint application for Right-of-Way Permits to work in the rights-of-way at the same place and time. Joint applicants shall have the ability to divide amongst themselves, in proportions the parties find appropriate, any applicable Right-of-Way Permit Fees.
