The Utility shall provide for inspection and routine maintenance of facilities that have been accepted for maintenance by the Utility. Maintenance may include catch basin cleaning, grating and casting repair, bridge surface drainage systems cleaning, channel clearing, erosion repair, post-construction stormwater control measure maintenance and other incidentals. The Utility shall provide for remedial maintenance of facilities based upon the severity of stormwater problems and potential hazard to the public. Remedial maintenance of bridge surface drainage systems shall remain the responsibility of agencies other than the Utility.
