§ 51.04 EROSION, SILTATION, AND SEDIMENTATION.

The Utility shall be responsible for implementing the requirements of this chapter to control erosion, siltation and sedimentation that will adversely affect storm sewers, drainage ditches, watercourses, and other drainage facilities.
