§ 50.06 PRIVATE USER OF WATER SUPPLY TO COMPLY WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this chapter nothing herein contained shall be deemed to excuse the person desiring to make private use of the public water supply from complying with all rules and regulations of and obtaining any necessary permits from the Superintendent of the Cincinnati Water Works.
