§ 50.04 PERMITS SHALL BE EXHIBITED UPON REQUEST OF CITY OFFICIAL.

During such time as such use is made of the public water supply, the permit shall be on the premises where such use is being made and shall be exhibited upon request of any city official. Failure to exhibit the permit or permits upon request shall be prima facie evidence of the nonissuance of the permit.
