§ 50.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to tap, connect with, or in any manner draw or use any water from any part of the public water supply, for a temporary or other purpose, without having first obtained a permit to do so from the City Manager and in accordance with the permit.
