§ 50.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   INSPECTOR. The Fire Inspector or other person designated by the City Manager.
   PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY. Any of the waterpipes, fire hydrants, or fire plugs belonging to, managed, controlled, or maintained by the city whether the same be located on public or private property.
   SUPERINTENDENT. The Superintendent of the Cincinnati Water Works.
