§ 39.05 PERMIT FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   The prohibition in § 39.04 of this chapter can be waived by the City Manager or his/her designee. This will be done by issuance of a permit which is good only for a specific occasion or named function, and will be valid only on indicated date or dates.
