(A) The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay public moneys of the city into the State Treasury Asset Reserve of the state in an amount not to exceed $100,000. The City Manager and Finance Director are hereby authorized and directed to take whatever steps and execute whatever documents may be necessary for this purpose.
(B) The Finance Director shall report to City Council monthly on the status of the public moneys that are invested in the State Treasury Asset Reserve of Ohio.
