§ 36.136 MEMBERSHIP IN CERTAIN ORGANIZATIONS.
   It shall be sufficient cause for the removal of any public employee when the public employee advocates or retains membership in any political party or organization that advocates the overthrow of the government of the United States or of the state, by force, violence, or other unlawful means. Procedure for removal of public employee under the provisions of this section shall be the same as is provided in the applicable sections of the Ohio Revised Code, except that the decision of the Commission shall be subject to appeal to the court of common pleas in the county in which such public employees are employed to determine the sufficiency of the cause of removal. Appeal shall be taken within ten (10) days from the finding of the Commission.
